Our Modest Design Mission

Home Design Group is a subsidiary of H. G. McCullough Designers, Inc., a longstanding, high-end home design firm established in Evansville, Indiana in 1946.

In 2012, Home Design Group was created from its parent company H.G. McCullough Designers, Inc. to address the needs and wants of a growing base of homeowners in the Evansville, Indiana area. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive set of plans that strikes a balance between your personal style preferences, budget and lifestyle. Our projects include small houses to large estates, and everything in between. Our designers Gregg Kissel, Anthony Wilson, and Houston Medcalf have over 15 years of combined experience designing homes for families in the Evansville area, and they are committed to helping you achieve your dream home.

Home Remodeling & Additions

In many cases, a major development in the life of a homeowner is followed by an upgrade to their home. Whether you are expecting a new family member, or you want to add a home office, we can help you visualize what these changes will look like by measuring your home and creating a design that blends the old with the new.

3D Renderings

Our artists and designers can use computer software to generate a 3D image of your home. This is particularly helpful to clients who aren’t exactly sure what they want, but are ready to experiment with some of their ideas. It is too difficult to rely on your own mental projection of your home; let us create an eye-popping, realistic rendering of your home for you.
